Site for the new Knox County high school

The site has been picked. It's next to the Hardin Valley Elementary School.

There are 2 parcels. They have a contract on the first one which is about 25 acres. They are waiting to get a contract on the second parcel. The owners are a brother and sister who inherited it. They are in the process of getting their own apprasial and there are some issues with the state of Tennessee about inheritance taxes. But the county hopes to have a contract on it by the end of the month.
