The site has been picked. It's next to the Hardin Valley Elementary School.There are 2 parcels. They have a contract on the first one which is about 25 acres. They are waiting to get a contract on the second parcel. The owners are a brother and sister who inherited it. They are in the process of getting their own apprasial and there are some issues with the state of Tennessee about inheritance
